Incentive Policy

Cash Rewards

As a Catagraph member, you will receive a cash reward added to your Catagraph balance for every completed survey. The amount credited to your balance will vary for each project depending on if a member has qualified to participate in the survey, the complexity of the survey, the time required to complete the survey and any additional tasks that may be involved. As a general rule incentives start at $1 for a few minutes to $10 for longer surveys. Qualification for a survey typically occurs in the first one to two minutes of a survey and will attract an incentive of $0.10 to $1.00 depending on how many screener questions have to be answered. If qualification takes longer to complete, the incentive for not qualifying will be increased accordingly. There are of course special circumstances where the cash reward can be as high as $25, $50 or higher depending on any special tasks required such as diary entries and product testing.
Cash rewards can be claimed in the form of a transfer to your PayPal account, electronic vouchers from Coles or Woolworths or a charitable to donation.

Our members can nominate charities they would like us to support. Catagraph will match all donations dollar for dollar.
Proof of donation will posted at the 'Charotable Donations' page in our members website.
The link can be found in the 'Links' list on this page.

Cash rewards can only be claimed in the following amounts, $30, $50, $100, $200, $500 and $1000. Your balance must be at least $30.00 for a cash reward to be claimed.
You will be able to claim your cash rewards through our website. Cash rewards claims are processed once a month. All rewards claimed in any particular month will be processed no later than the 10th day of the following month. If a delay is experienced due to circumastances beyond of our control, members affected will be notified.
